The name "Anandmai" emerged amidst the frenzy of wedding preparations. It's a fusion of the founders' names, Anand and Maitraiye. They bid farewell to the conventional 9-5 job structure only to be entwined in the round-the-clock demands of entrepreneurial life. Hosting individuals from diverse backgrounds brings them immense joy—from hikers in Spain to doctors in London, nurses in New Zealand, and marketing teams from the Philippines. They relish the opportunity to meet people from all corners of India, fostering a cross-cultural exchange during their stays.
